Sr. Digital Merchandising Manager -- Rooms To Go
Anyone looking to advance their career and gain exposure to the Digital Merchandising space, then this
position is for you. As a Sr. Digital Merchandising Manager, you will interact with the Digital team -- including
Ecommerce, Creative, Content and Analytics. You will ensure that we have the right products, in the right
place, at the right time.

This role works with Digital Merchandising Managers and Digital Merchandising Specialists to provide
ecommerce support, identify business opportunities and execute strategies to achieve business objectives.
As a team contributor, this person performs tactical tasks effectively, develops collaborative relationships
with team members, displays clear communication and acts proactively. This includes being able to
multitask, problem solve, and manage multiple timelines.

The ideal candidate will have an interest in the Digital Merchandising space, keen visual eye; understanding
of various online marketing principles and commonly used reporting or tracking interfaces - specific to
ecommerce platforms. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, exciting environment.

● Working with our Creative, Content, Analytics, and Merchandising teams to support online
merchandising efforts.
● Understand and analyze the key drivers of performance related to online merchandising.
● Execute daily/weekly/monthly and ad-hoc reporting efforts.
● Conduct competitive research, including quantitative insights and trends.
● Collaborate with upper management on creative execution of promotional and merchandising

● Bachelor's degree required. Marketing/Business Major preferred.
● 7-8 years relevant Retail or Ecommerce experience.
● Google Analytics certified.
● Microsoft Office Skills -- Excel and PowerPoint preferred.
● Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
