ooms To Go is currently looking for additional help to answer calls regarding location security. As a Security Helpline Associate, you would work most weeks from 3:00 PM to 11:00 Monday through Friday, but every third week you would need to work 9-5 on Saturday and Sunday instead of Monday. So that means you get a 3-day weekend every 3rd week AND you get paid overtime for any after hour calls.

You would answer calls concerning alarm systems, cameras malfunctioning, follow up to 911 calls, etc., review video involving customer accidents, and put in work orders with the appropriate department to handle any issues, as well as assign access cards and key codes to associates. As a Security Helpline Associate, you will also assist in protecting against possible internet fraud. You will frequently communicate with store personnel, other corporate security staff, and outside law enforcement representatives. Because our stores are open 7 days a week, and most holidays, you would be required to be on call for some holidays. We are closed on Christmas, Thanksgiving and Easter.

In order to be considered, you must have a high level of integrity and be able to maintain confidentiality. You must be able to use basic Excel. AND, if you are self-motivated, work well independently, have strong follow-up skills, solid written and verbal communication skills, and can multi-task well, but don't want a typical 9-5 job, then this position is perfect for you!
