Job Description

We are adding to our leadership team in Arlington and are hiring a Receiving Department Manager to oversee and coordinate the daily department activities for 1st shift.   • Strategically manage various aspects within the department in compliance with company's policies and vision
  • Oversee department operations, initiate, coordinate and execute operational policies and procedures
  • Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
  • Recruit, select, coach and motivate Associates
  • Produce reports and statistics regularly
  • Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided


  • Minimum 2 years of college with four years of management experience over one or more departments and/or shifts in a multi-shift warehouse environment
  • Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
  • Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases
  • Leadership skills and ability manage staff
  • Strong decision making and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication Skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, holidays, and weekends
