We are currently recruiting for a Receiving Department Manager in our state of the art distribution center located in Katy, TX.  In this position you will manage the associates on the Receiving or Inbound side of the Distribution Center.

The ideal candidate will be innovative, a problem solver, have solid leadership skills, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills. You will instruct associates and work directly with them to train, motivate and encourage. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks, integrate changing processes and procedures, work effectively within a large organization, and be able to manage time and resources effectively in a fast paced environment.

Additional responsibilities will consist of good organizational skills and the completion of timely and accurate administrative documents used to reflect daily production.

Considered candidates for Receiving Department Manager MUST have the following requirements to qualify:

  • A minimum of 2 years of college or equivalent,
  • Plus 4 years of warehouse experience of which 2 years must involve supervising a team,
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook,
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
