Job Description

The entry-level Quality Assurance Facilitator is an ideal role for you to start at ground level, get your foot in the door with America's fastest growing and largest independent furniture retailer. You will gain career-building experience and have the potential for growth while learning from industry experts. This is a corporate role located in the Suwanee distribution center that will have you involved in every stage of the process. Responsibilities include but not limited to data analysis, quality reports, working with other departments, vendors, suppliers, and buyers. While in this role, you will be intimately involved in improving our furniture offerings which will allow Rooms To Go to continue to provide our customers great quality at an affordable price.

To be considered, you must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • A high school education or the equivalent
  • One (1) to two (2) years of experience working in a retail support, product inspection, quality assurance (experience with furniture assembly a plus)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Excel savvy a plus
  • Ability prioritize and work independently, manage time effectively
  • Creative problem-solving skills, ability to produce quality related reports accurately and timely
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple objectives, adapting quickly to process improvements
