Rooms To Go is known as an innovator in the Retail Furniture Industry, and we are growing. We are looking for someone with strong organizational and communication skills, and a great team player to join our group.

Roles and Responsibilities

As the Project Manager, you will guide business requirements alignment in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).  Additional responsibilities would include:

  • Facilitate cross-team coordination, tracking and following up with external dependencies
  • Facilitate meetings to support the successful execution of the projects in the scrum process
  • Manage multiple projects at a time
  • Support and educate the Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog
  • Provide sufficient reporting associated to the tracking of the projects

In order to be considered you must have the following knowledge, skills and abilities:

Required Skills

  • Knowledge of other agile methodologies and frameworks like XP, Kanban, etc.
  • Basic knowledge of software development processes and procedures
  • Familiarity with Agile Techniques: User Stories, CI/ CD, Estimation Strategies and others
  • Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as project manager/Business analyst
