The Paid Search Specialist role will interact with a broad range of digital marketing initiatives and is focused on providing support for the paid search team. This includes being able to multi-task, problem solve, and manage multiple timelines. As a team contributor, this person performs tactical tasks effectively, develops collaborative relationships with team members, displays clear communication and acts proactively.


  • Pulls daily/weekly/monthly and ad-hoc reports in Google Analytics
  • Reviews reports, account performance and site analytics to identify areas of opportunity
  • Provides back-up and quality assurance related to billing and accounting
  • Owns Paid Search promotional tracking calendars, coordinating creative requests and copy needs
  • Assists with campaign testing and optimization on multiple platforms including Google and Bing
  • Stays informed on industry, competitor activities and new digital strategies
  • Aids in campaign quality assurance


  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Excellent computer skills -- intermediate with Excel and PowerPoint
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience with: Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Bing Ads, etc.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills
