Job Description

Rooms To Go is currently in search of a full time Helpdesk Analyst Level II with a passion for excellence and the desire to provide outstanding customer service!  The Helpdesk Analyst Level II is responsible for providing first level troubleshooting and acting as a second tier escalation level to the Helpdesk organization.

The successful candidate will have an aptitude for working with applications/systems to undertake analysis, diagnosis and resolution of staff issues, which may range from straightforward to more complicated technical issues. The Helpdesk Analyst must be able to prioritize, rapidly move from one task to another, and multi-task to satisfy the customer's immediate needs. Coverage includes all Rooms To Go Stores, Manufacturing Facilities, Distribution Centers, Corporate Centers and remote users based both in the US and Puerto Rico markets.

Job Requirements

The chosen candidate for this position will possess:

A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, or work experience equivalent to required education.  At least 1 year of experience in a Helpdesk or Desktop role.
