Job Description

We are seeking an innovative and experienced Technician for our Facilities Team in Brookshire, TX. We seek a candidate who is detail oriented and proud of great workmanship.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to work independently on assigned construction projects
  • Create spreadsheets, budgetary analysis, budget tracking, invoice review
  • Construction project oversight and report preparation
  • Understanding of engineering drawings, principles, and a variety of the field's concepts not required but strongly preferred.
  • Operate hand tools, following directions and working safely
  • Ability to provide quality workmanship with attention to detail

Requirements:

  • High School Education or the equivalent, plus
  • 2 year college degree, or 2-year Vocational School Certificate, or 5 years of experience in facilities
  • Experienced in commercial maintenance, with a strong background in electrical, plumbing, HVAC and construction
  • Ability to communicate and interact with all levels of management in a positive, professional manner
  • Must be able to work independently, demonstrate ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects
  • Must be able to identify resources, materials, and processes needed, including scheduling work flow
  • Must be innovative and proactive, providing creative solutions to exceed expectations
