Job Description

This position requires the ability to give clear direction as to job duties when management is unavailable. Must have background in a specific commercial maintenance related trades such as, but not limited to: Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Construction, or Maintenance. Must have the ability to communicate and interact with all levels of management in a positive, professional manner (i.e. in person, email, phone, text, voicemail, etc.). Requires demonstrated ability to organize/prioritize multiple projects while managing time and resources effectively in a team oriented fast paced environment. Must be innovative and proactive, providing creative solutions to exceed expectations. Must be able to identify resources, materials, and processes needed, including scheduling work flow and preventing problems causing delays. This includes obtaining approval, budgetary analysis, budget tracking, invoice review, project oversight and report preparation. Position requires the ability to use computers to perform a variety of tasks, including but not limited to: creating spreadsheets, databases, and documents. An understanding of engineering drawings, principles, and a variety of the field's concepts is preferred.

Minimum Requirements:
- High School Education or the equivalent, plus
- 2 year college degree, or 2-year Vocational School Certificate, or 5 years of experience in facilities management
