Anyone looking to advance his or her early-stage career and enter the digital ad space, this position is for you. As a Digital Marketing Ad Operations Specialist, you will interact with multiple digital marketing disciplines related to asset management, QA, ad trafficking and campaign implementation. As a member of the Digital Creative team, this role is heavily involved in ensuring the success of the creative team by working on ad trafficking, providing campaign execution and analyzing creative performance. This role also works closely with external agencies and requires extreme attention to detail, multi-tasking and efficient time-management.

The ideal candidate will have an understanding of various online marketing principles and commonly used analytic reporting interfaces. As a team contributor, this person performs tactical tasks effectively, develops collaborative relationships with team members, displays clear communication and acts proactively. Successful candidates should be confident and comfortable working in a fast pace, detail driven environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand and clearly communicate campaign timeline, digital ad specs, asset deliverables and ad tracking to agency partners
  • Prepare and maintain asset trafficking schedules for all Rooms To Go properties
  • Perform QA of all promotional campaign materials prior to launch to ensure all specifications are met and successfully delivered
  • Communicate asset placement and strategy through complete and accurate trafficking documentation
  • Validate accuracy of campaign launch and monitor live asset performance

Education, Experience and Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required-- Business Major
  • Accounting or Marketing concentration preferred
  • Recent College Graduate with relevant internship or 1-3 year digital marketing work experience
  • Google Analytics Certification preferred

Required Skills:

  • Microsoft Office Skills -- Proficient in Excel
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suites
  • High attention to detail and propensity to take initiative
  • Ability to manage multiple deadline oriented projects with a positive attitude
  • Team player with the ability to work independently

  • Express interest in Digital Marketing and/or Media
