Anyone looking to advance his or her career and gain exposure to digital graphic design, then this position is for you. As a Digital Marketing Graphic Designer, you will interact with the Digital Marketing team -- including Creative and Ecommerce Merchandising. Your role will focus on providing advertising and website creative support; this includes being able to multi-task and manage multiple timelines. As a team contributor, this person performs tasks effectively, develops collaborative relationships with team members, displays clear communication and acts proactively.

The ideal candidate will have an interest in the digital creative space, understanding of various online marketing platforms and experience with commonly used design tools. This candidate should have experience designing the following types of digital assets: banner advertising, Facebook ads, Instagram ads, Snapchat ads and native ads. In addition, the candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, exciting environment.

 Responsibilities:

  • Works with our Creative team to support creative efforts through digital asset design.
  • Assist in adhoc creative request relating to banner assets, site design and promotional assets.
  • Conducting competitive research, including design insights and trends.
  • Participate in creative briefing, testing and brainstorming.
  • Execute daily/weekly creative request.

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree required. Marketing/Design Major preferred.
  • 1-3 years experience preferred.
  • Microsoft Office Skills -- Excel and PowerPoint preferred.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suites: Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Relevant work or internship experience.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong commitment to timelines, accuracy, organization, and professionalism.
  • Flexible under time requirements and changing deadlines.

  • Retail and/or Ecommerce experience preferred.
