As a Customer Care Representative, you will be intimately involved with the customer, maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional demeanor while helping to resolve customer concerns, suggesting product information and/or services, scheduling service technicians, or performing surveys that help us improve the customer experience.

Our Customer Service Department is enthusiastic, fun, professional and casual all at the same time. It takes hard work and dedication to be part of this great team and Rooms To Go rewards our Customer Care Representatives with amazing prizes during our annual Customer Service Week! This is an hourly paid position that is eligible for bonus EVERY WEEK! We provide opportunity for professional growth, offer a great benefits package, as well as 401(k) with paid vacation and holidays.

We are looking for a customer-centered professional with solid communication skills, both written and verbal, bilingual (English/Spanish) is not required but it is a definite plus. The ideal candidate must be computer savvy, responsible, dependable, and able to work during the week (Monday through Friday) until 8PM and on Saturdays until 4:30PM. These positions are bonus eligible, and may offer the opportunity for overtime.
