We are hiring a Receiving Department Manager to oversee and coordinate the daily department activities. The ideal candidate will lead and develop associates and the right candidate will help ensure that Rooms To Go continues to provide quality furnishings for our customers' homes at an affordable price! 


  • Strategically manage various aspects within the department in compliance with company's policies and vision
  • This position could be oversee department operations, initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
  • Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
  • Recruit, select, orient, coach and motivate employees
  • Produce reports and statistics regularly
  • Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided


  • Minimum 2 years of college with four years of management experience over one or more departments and/or shifts in a multi-shift warehouse environment
  • Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
  • Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases
  • Leadership skills and ability manage staff
  • Strong decision making and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication Skills
  • Most positions may require the ability to work flexible hours to include nights, holidays, and weekends
